Terms of Use for App Pass

1. Our Services

App Pass is a service provided by Chrome-Stats, LLC. By accessing or using App Pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Account Terms

You must be a human to register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. App Pass is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

3. Communication

By using App Pass, you agree to receive communications from us, including emails regarding important changes to the App Pass program and service updates.

4. Content

You are responsible for any content you post. You agree not to post illegal, harmful, or offensive content. We have the right (but not the obligation) to refuse or remove any content at our sole discretion.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees are non-refundable. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least seven (7) days before the end of the applicable period. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [email protected].

We respect copyright law. We may terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights. App Pass owns all intellectual property rights to the service, including logos, software, and graphics. You may not use our proprietary materials without consent.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of App Pass constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. Data

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event will App Pass or Chrome-Stats, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless App Pass, Chrome-Stats, LLC, and its employees from any claims arising out of your use of the service or violation of this Agreement.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by mandatory, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Houston, Texas. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
